After 2 years we are pleased to be able to welcome everyone back, and hold our One Day Symposium in person again at Whittlebury Hall. The theme of this years event is ‘Natural & Synthetic Ingredients for the Perfumer’ and we have a range of guest speakers and keynote lectures talking about pushing forward the frontiers of perfumery with new, novel and key ingredients.

- Registration & welcoming coffee from 8.45am. The Keynote Lecture will start at 9.30am & the first presentation at 10.35am
- The Perfumery Excellence Awards Dinner is at 7:30pm
A £20 administration charge will be made for cancellations until 1st May 2022. After that the fee is not refundable.

Members of the Society: £150
Non-Members: £165
Student members: £75
The Symposium will be followed by our “Perfumery Excellence Dinner”
DINNER & ACCOMMODATION:
Dinner
The cost of dinner is not included in the Symposium fee. Tickets are: £50.00 for members and non-members. Applications should be made on the booking form.
Hotel Accommodation
Delegates wishing to stay overnight on 12th May are offered an all-in fee of £365 (members) or £380 (non-members) for the Symposium, lunch, dinner, and single room accommodation.
The rate for anyone wishing to stay the night (or the night before the Symposium) is £165 per night for single room accommodation. Please contact Graham Bott (Council2@bsp.org.uk) for accommodation bookings and not the hotel as the BSP have purchased a block number of rooms in advance. Please book early as we can only book a select number of rooms at the hotel.
